"In my opinion, Maryland Healthcare system's website feature gives me an extra "tool" to utilize in the effective monitoring and handling of my client's personal injury claim. Most importantly when my client calls, I am in better position to communicate with him and I don't necessarily have to "ask" him his medical status but rather can tell him that I am already aware of what is going on!
