  1. Diagnoses in Order of Significance
Physicians are trained in specific wording and descending order of diagnoses that are recognizable, to the full extent, by the software. Physicians identify all original and current complaints including those which have been resolved prior to the visit or will not be treated.

Physicians/Specialist (orthopedic, neurologist) evaluate patients’ impairment upon discharge.

Report takes into account specific features of the patient which may detrimentally affect the patients’ ability to perform work duties or other activities as a result of the injury.

  5. Pre-existing Conditions
Pre-existing conditions are recognized and the relation with the current injury is examined; these enhance the outcome of the case settlement.

  6. Gaps in Treatment
Gaps in treatment are properly identified; physicians examine patients’ activities and whether the home treatment was applied during the gap.

  7. Implications of the Injury
Report thoroughly identifies how the injury affects patients’ ability to perform work duties (performance under duress), implication of the injury on the family, relationships and lifestyle.
